  you have a license for two facilities simultaneous/activations you do not have to uninstall.

  but, if you no longer have use for the previous installation, then before uninstall you it, you must disable (help > deactivate) it.

  Yes to both questions.

  If you have it on an old computer that you no longer use, disable the software before you install on the new machine.

  There is a faster way... Start with CS6 installing directly, when you are prompted to enter the serial number for the previous version, enter and you should be good to go.

  Photoshop CS5 to read files from Nikon D750 to atleast Camera Raw 8.7 or higher.

  However, I believe that you would not be able to update Camera Raw, so you can download and install the DNG Converter and convert the files to DNG.

  Images II 7 d would be directly supported in Photoshop CS5 as requiring a new camera raw.

  So, you must download the free DNG Converter to convert these images to DNG and then open the DNG converted in Photoshop.

  From what I was told by an employee, newer than 10.7 Mac must subscribe in the cloud instead of buy CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the cloud for CS6 is not compatible (meaning that the seller will ask you your operating system and not sell you CS6 if she does not work on your computer... I don't know if this means that Win7 and you can't buy if you have Win8)
