Apple has not updated for security for 10.6 Snow Leopard over the years.

Why do you use Firefox 15.0 now? It uses an older version of Sync - 29 Firefox and later versions use a different, more recent synchronization version that uses another type of account - https://accounts.firefox.com/signup
The old and the new version are not compatible with each other. Users can update one account of synchronization for the new version, but there is no way to "go back"; as it appears, you can try to do it with this old version of Firefox 15.In addition, you absolutely need your password, without it you can not connect on Sync and if you happen to change your password - your data is erased from the sync server. First of all, my hotmail account has been hacked. When asked to verify my account my e-mail is an old e-mail account that I no longer have access to.
I am able to change my password and connect, but may not have passed the first page.
Now, my account was closed and I contacted the support (13 March) and received a ticket support number but have not received anything back (March 15).
There is anything I can do to get my active account even once, as I have a lot of important information in my Inbox that I need to get access to as soon as possible.
