First of all, make sure that your windows system runs as a 64-bit system. to check this out right click on computer > select Properties > check if it is 32 bit or 64
absolutely if your system is a 32-bit win 7, you cannot run 64-bit applocation on it.

What file extension, these files get when save you them?
If they do not have a file extension valid for a picture as a .jpg or .png then try to rename the files and give them an extension of .jpg file to see if that helps.
If Windows hides the file extension and then use quotes ("image.jpg") around the name.
You can check the type of file using the context menu > properties. -

Cannot access my Comcast mail since the last update. I can access it from Safari and Microsoft Windows, but generally do not use either of these browsers. I chatted with Comcast and they are the ones who asked me to try to gain access to other browsers. And, as noted, I managed. Only my opening my email to Comcast.net inhibits the Firefox, the browser that I use on a regular basis because of this problem I can't use Firefox.

Windows Live Mail does not open. Contacted the help people who told me to uninstall Windows Live and start over, but my computer won't uninstall it? September 11 also cannot send an email. At first I could not send or receive / send. After a few trials with Medicom, I can now receive, but not send. They say contact DELL. I'll pass on our other computer wiring and see if I have the same problem (the other can send & receive) if my computer's working there, so I guess this isn't a problem for DELL. Seems strange that so many others have the same problem on this date.

However, as many users is faced with the question, there could be some intermittent problem, you can wait for a while and have access to the e-mail account later.
Try to access the e-mail account using different browser and check if the problem persists.
