It is a mess that everything seems to have something to do with the user unknown, profile and permissions?  I do not know

Keep aside the papers, there are real problems with your computer?

If so, can you describe the same thing in short?

"Please contact Support Services Microsoft support to report this error." is a robotic message and generic. Nothing spectacular as such.
