  When running FF for awhile, it starts to jump between different tabs I have open without clicking anything whatsoever. Also, it will sometimes appear that another copy of the same tab I have open try to open again at the top of page.   First, you have to run two anti-virus programs.  This is NOT recommended.

  Second... you state one of them is Microsoft Security Essentials.  If this is the case, you can't turn on Windows Defender because MSE already made defender and stops automatically Defender because it is no longer necessary.

  Difficulty of these 2 things and your problem should be solved.
