  You may have to "Show hidden files and folders" which is located in Control Panel > folder option > view

  You will need to provide more info about your system. Not much point simply by saying that something does not work. Run the Creative Suite cleanup tool and try to install another. If it still does not respond, provide the install logs.

  Go to lightroon.adobe.com and sign in using your Adobe ID if you sync files with creative cloud, they will show there, and you should be able to re - synchronization with your phone.

  If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed.  All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.

  I inserted the DVD into my Mac, but after a few ringing, no setup screen came.

  I clicked on the icon of the DVD, which showed the different versions of the Readme file, but when I clicked on the Readme file, it just opened FIrefox for my homepage.

  Double-click the icon of DVD. Double-click on Photoshop Elements. Double-click the Setup program. If you don't see these, you are sure to have the mac version and not the version of windows?

• I've transferred the date using Windows easy transfer instructions... but still don't see data within the program? Do I have to first enter account information?
