I don't want to save the file converted to the cloud. I WANT it on my PC.

I don't want to save the file converted to cloud ther. I WANT it on my PC. I think that there is something wrong with my subscription. I paid fees six months from a year ago.

Hi urs.boeschenstein,

Files are automatically saved in your online account when you use Acrobat.com online services. However, you can probably download the files on your computer, by selecting to https://cloud.acrobat.com/filesand then by clicking on the download icon.

Additional problems with your subscription?

Best,

    I want to save a PDF file converted (via your clouds product) on my desk.  I want a paper copy on my drive and not a link via Chrome of your cloud.  How can I do this?

    Hi WalterFranco,

    When you convert your files using ExportPDF or Adobe PDF package, the files are automatically saved in your online account. But, you can log on to your account on https://cloud.acrobat.com/files, select the file that you want to store on your hard drive, and then click the link to download at the top of the list of files.

    Please let us know how it goes.

  • Maintaining Acrobat IX and don't use only not the cloud.

    Hello, I'm not interested by the use of the cloud.  I have Acrobat XI and it works fine.  How can I keep and use my old program?

    Hey bernitaw28398602,

    According to my understanding, you have been asked to install Acrobat DC (being a Subscriber CC or Acrobat XI), but you want to continue using Acrobat XI only.

    So, if you want to uninstall the DC and back to Acrobat XI, then check out the below given KB file link for the same:

    Let me know if you need more assistance.

    Happy to help you.

  • How to get rid of the Application Manager? Don't need to buy the cloud. Photoshop no longer works.

    Hello

    I am already customer LR4 and CS6 and downloaded the "Application Manager" earlier who asked me to do a test of the cloud. I never actually managed to use anything associated except Photoshop clouds (which I already have) and the trial ended a few minutes ago. Now I can't get into Photoshop anymore and I'm in the middle of making shots marriage expected in a few days. My only choice was to buy the cloud or out. How can I get rid of this annoying Application Manager? I tried the folder/applications/utilitiesd/adobe installers, but the only choice was to unintall Photoshop only. It's so unprofressional of Adobe, I can't believe it. Help.

    Ok.. solved the problem (after an hour with technical support with no luck, I posted a note on Facebook of Juliiane Kost page and got a response from Adobe that works very well). Anyway, go to this blog post from Jeffrey Tranberry Adobe... l http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updates-now-available.htm . Essentially, when you get invited to buy after the end of the trial, click the license button and enter your original serial number of your purchased version of Photoshop. Then, once more, you will be in Photoshop, run the update and you're good to go.

  • Cannot save the selection of bookmarks

    Hi all

    I have a strange glitch that is driving me crazy.

    UH...ercrazi.

    Frame 11 is not saving my selections from bookmark when I generate a PDF file. Here's what I do:

    1. Save book as PDF.
    2. Select the Bookmarks tab in the PDF Setup dialog box.
    3. Tell him to include paragraph X.
    4. Set.

    Everything works very well. Paragraph X is included in the PDF bookmarks. But when I return to regen the book, paragraph X is back on the list do not understand.

    Framework used to save the selections of bookmark... at least in the pink-colored universe I currently remember.

    I tried:

    • Save the book as something else
    • MIFing book
    • Recreate the book
    • Uninstallation and reinstallation of Frame (you know I'm desperate, if I tried this)

    Any ideas? It is about to turn to my straight hair.

    rich

    Rich,

    FrameMaker stores the PDF configuration in the first file of the book. Then, open the first file in the book and create a PDF file with the parameters of bookmark you want. Don't forget to save the file once the PDF file is created. Then close the file. Now try to create the PDF file for the book. You should see your already carried out in the PDF configuration settings.

    Warnings: I use FrameMaker 9 and discovered that the first time I have create a PDF file of the book, after the first file PDFing, not all settings are saved. I then correct the parameters and the PDF of the book; Therefore, all right.

    I also discovered in version 9 I need to at least open the PDF Setup dialog box and click Yes (or OK or whatever) to make sure that the bookmarks are created correctly. I don't ever have to make changes in the dialog box, simply open and save. Perhaps this is no longer the case in the new versions of FrameMaker.

  • Currently, I have CS3 and am interested in the upgrade. How to replace and update what I already have the cloud?

    I use CS3 on my pc as an individual which is great for my needs. But for the company where I work (part time), I need to have CS6, for commercial purposes, and I will use it on my own PC, then I'd be interested in using the cloud for this. However, when I leave the company, what is happening?. Can I just transfer the license to another computer / user and reinstall my old CS3? I Uninstall CS3 in order to use the CS6 cloud in the first place?

    And all the files that I created in CS3 for my individual goal, can they be used in CS6 and then "downgraded" back to CS3. The reason why I ask is that I can't afford to buy CS6 for my personal use, but I need it for business. Who is?

    You don't need to involve the cloud if your wish is to acquire the CS6.  CS6 is still sold as a product independent non-cloud, that is likely better than getting through the cloud in view of the problems that face people with the cloud against their old products.  In this way, when you're done with everything what you work always mention have CS6 available and can still use CS3 if needed as well.

    There is no way to upgrade to CS6 in CS3.

    Buy CS6:

  • Don't want to save the files online.

    Hello...

    My computer is Mac.  As I downloaded a PDF file, I clicked file-> save as.

    Then I got 3 lines:

    Line 1: Save as (file name)

    Line 2: Where (office)

    Line 3: Save in 'account online' / 'acrobat.com' / 'new account '.

    Without noticing three options, I clicked on "online account.", and then I discovered what I just clicked on...

    This is a confidential file, and I won't be saved online.

    (already registered successfully on my desktop in my computer, which is correct.)

    Is it possible to ensure that there is no version of it online?

    Help, please!  Thank you!

    Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files and delete it from there.

  • How can I NOT save a file whenever I open a PDF file, open an attachment, etc. ? I know how to set the option to change the save location, but sometimes I just want to not SAVE a file I've read during navigation

    I don't want Firefox to save a copy on my hard drive of each attachment, PDF, etc. I have open while browsing. How to make this happen?

    Firefox needs to download and save a file before transmitting it to a plugin.

    You can set the Boolean pref browser.helperApps.deleteTempFileOnExit true on the topic: config page to remove these files.

    To open the topic: config page, type Subject: config in the address bar (address) and press the 'Enter' key, as you type the url of a Web site to open a Web site.

    If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access this page.

    • Use the filter at the top bar of the on: page config to more easily spot a preference.
    • Preferences that have changed also show "BOLD" (user set).
    • Preferences can be reset to the default value using the context menu if they are set of users
    • Preferences can be changed via the context menu: Edit (string or integer) or toggle (Boolean)
  • Solution: How can I disable IE9 asking if I want to save the file when I click on a video link?

    It happened once before, but I don't remember the solution.

    A few days ago started IE9 conventional if I want to save a file when I click on a video link.  I want to happen is for Windows Media Player to view the video.  I don't want to save on my computer, and if I did, I know how to right click and choose Save target as...

    It is very frustarting as Windows hides these obvious options without giving you a way easty to change.  I don't know what has caused the change at first.

    WMP is set as default player for all supported media types.

    Solution: Although WMP is already set as default program for all its supported video format, I had to go to set your default programs and select explicitly.

    Looks like the info bar itself would have the option available.

  • By pressing the button Save on file open Excel from an attachment Windows - done he does nothing?

    My son opened a spreadsheet Excel of an attachment in Windows Mail. He then worked for several hours on the worksheet by pressing the button 'Save' on a regular basis. At no time, he asked for a file name or location, so he assumed that he recorded in the Documents folder. When he had finished with the file, he pressed the "x" to exit. He has not asked if he wanted to save the spreadsheet and so assumed that it had been properly registered. A few hours later, he went to open it, it had worked but could not find anywhere on our hard drive. It will be able to locate a copy of this file anywhere, or it is lost forever? If so, why on Earth don't Excel (or Word etc I expect) not asking you to save the file that you are leaving?

    In the future, you will need to save the first attachment in a separate file, then open it and change it.  Outlook (part of the suite Office) will allow you to open attachments directly and work on it, and save without problems, but Windows Mail is not part of the office and you can do that without saving the file first.

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
    Data recovery, if/before you reinstall:
    1. slave of your hard drive in another computer and read/save your data out there.
    2. put your Hard drive in a USB hard drive case, plug it into another computer and read/save from there.
    3 Alternatively, use Knoppix Live CD to recover data:
    http://www.Knopper.NET/Knoppix/index-en.html
    Download/save the file Knoppix Live CD ISO above.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm

    Download the Vista software from the link above.

    After installing above ISO burning software, right click on the Knoppix ISO file > copy the Image to a CD.

    Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.

    Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1st in the boot order.

    Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.

    When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.

    Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.

    Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).

    Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.

    See you soon.
