  It seems that the name has somehow changed. It should end .exe (DOT exe) not _exe (underscore exe stroke).

  Try changing the _ to. so you get readerdc_en_ma_install.exe

  You can try with below steps if you want:

  Folder Temp light 1).

  (2) close all running Applications.

  (3) close webistes all opened browser.

  (4)disable the firewall temporarily.

  (5) open only Adobe Web site as it is safe and secure site free of all kind of threats.

  (6) then try to download CS 6 Design Standard and check.

  Note: Though the firewall is disabled. do not open applications, files or even other Web sites.

  Or if you think it is still very slow and would not turn off the firewall , you can try with 3' rd party like download managers: IInternet Download Manager , which is more efficient than the browser built in downloader.

• Help! My computer just started slow and freezing upwards, even ask this question is hard to do

  I have a Pavilion Dv6-1245dx, and today it started running more slowly and be all stuttery and jerky - ex: Watch Netflix, the sound works fine but the picture freezes.   Judgment of the laptop.  Tap away at f10, you start to get into the Bios Menu.  Under Advanced Options or diagnosis tab, you will find the possibility to run tests on the hard drive and memory.  Run the two tests and post back with any error meesages.

  If the criteria above, try the following.

  In the Menu start, open the all programs, open accessories, right-click on command prompt and select "run as Administrator".  In at the prompt, type the following command and press ENTER.

  sfc/scannow                (Note that there is a space between sfc and /)

  Let the entire process, then the output type and press ENTER.

  Then, click on the Start Menu, click computer, left click Local disk C once to highlight, right-click Local disk C and select Properties.  Click the Tools tab and then click on the button "check the drive for errors.  In the next window make sure that both boxes are checked, then click Start.  Part of this process will require a reboot to check the disk.
