  You can use two different identities, or if you want to have access to these accounts in identity, set up your accounts and use message rules to move incoming messages.
   
  First, create a local folder to be used as a second Inbox and name it anything you want.  Use it to one of the accounts, as well as the default Inbox for the other.
   
  Then create a message rule.
   
  Where the message comes from the specified account.
  Move it to the specified folder & stop processing more rules.
  Click: specified account and enter the account name for the second Inbox.
  Click: specified folder and select the folder that you created.
  Name the rule.
   
  Move the rule to the top of the list of rules, and incoming messages will be separated into their respective folders.

  You can, but you will need to do this from your Apple devices.

  iCloud: set an email address @icloud.com

  If its an additional address to what already exists, you will have to hit 'Add an account' under mail then select iCloud.  Once you have created the account, you can delete it form your Apple device if you want and it can connect from any device it uses or same iCloud.com in the address bar of your favorite web browser.

  I used thunderbird for years. The current version is 38.1.0. on Windows 7. I used two e-mail accounts for years. As I downloaded the latest version, whenever thunderbird download anything from the second account, it crashes my whole computer.   To configure e-mail different accounts in Outlook Express follow the steps below:

  1. for each of your email accounts, find the type of email (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) account, the name of the incoming mail server (example: mail.isp.com) and the name of the outgoing SMTP mail server (example: SMTP.) FAI.com). this information is usually found in the file FAQ (frequently asked questions) of the provider or by sending an e-mail to the provider.

  2. start Outlook Express.

  3. Select accounts from the Tools menu. Click the mail tab.

  4. click Add on the right side of the box and choose mail. The Internet Connection Wizard appears.

  5. type the full account name (the name that appears in the line of the electronic mail sent from this account). Click Next.

  6. If you already have the new account, click on the top of the page radio button, enter the name of the account, and click Next.

  7. Enter the e-mail server information that you retrieved in the first step. Be sure to type the information exactly as it appears in your notes. Click Next.

  8. Enter the user name, as it appears on the account. The name is usually the above address; for example, the name of the account of [email protected] is "feedback".

  9 type the password to access the account. If the password is incorrect or if you do not remember, contact the mail provider.

  10 check the box remember password if you do not want Outlook to ask the password whenever it checks the mail.

  11. click on finish. Repeat as needed for all e-mail accounts

  I created three accounts in Outlook Express.  When you open Outlook Express, we saw all three names in the window.  Would you click on a name, a password, and then you connect.

  I want to do the same thing in Windows Live Mail.  I tried everything I know.  Someone suggested to go to the accounts and make new ones.  I did, but who made new account to go on Windows 7.  I don't want to do that.

  Never mind. I checked the "server settings". The IMAP protocol for robinclaire1 was set at 143 (the default is 993). I forgot to put it by default when I reset everything back.
