I get a BSOD and crash dumps, how to fix this?

I get a BSOD and crash dumps. The message that says is "Worker_Thread_Returned_At_Bad_IRQL". How can I find out what it means and how to fix it? I use Windows 7 on a computer with an amd processor emachines. This happens a lot lately and I'm afraid it will not work on one of these days, when it happens again.

In fact, pretty sure I've found the problem. I had MS Security Essentials, as well as McAfee in my computer. These worked very well in my last CPU (which was Windows XP support) but apparently caused problems in this one (Windows 7). Since I eliminated a (they are both exactly the same thing anyway) I don't seem to have any problems, as well as my computer has accelerated a bit too. ;)

Thanks for replying tho! :)
