I get a DirectX error message when I try to play Command and Conquer RedAlert3

DIrectX error:

Please make sure you have directx 9.0 or higher installed. Also check that your video card meets the minimum total report framework, and you do not have hardware acceleration disabled in the display control panel.

I have directx 9.0 my hardware acceleration is enabled, and my video card meets the minimum requirments... I don't know what to do... someone can help me?
