When I start the computer, I get the following: path to the file Can'tOpenLogFile Exception: newspaper: C:\ProgramData\Juno\Accelerator\MainException.log,open mode: 10 to WinMain(.\main.cpp:170) caused by: failure of fopen with errno ErrnoException:Call (2) "no such file or directory"

I need to open the Juno - Please HELP! Relocation of Juno changes nothing!
I uninstall Juno and then reinstall again - maybe that will create the appropriate links and do work (it cannot be initially installed correctly) - don't reinstall it just (uninstall first).

Recently, my system hung up and had to do a force restart. I get a screen when starting my computer with few options. I have to click ESC several times to get rid of the screen. This was not an option before. When I start my computer it used to start normally. How to get rid of the screen? Please advice.
Photo I took of my mobile is attached.
Thank you for the support.
I solved the problem by unplugging the cable from the hard drive inside the CPU and connected again. All is well now.
If the system is not the start or make obstruction to the start-up stage, you can try the same thing.
All the best.
Thanks again John and Gerry.

After downloading v25.0.1, FF has been slow. I tried the reset, but it would give me the message that I have to restart to complete the installation of a previous version. I tried to uninstall, but the version on the list was v 21. I received the same message when you try to uninstall. I want to upgrade to v 25.0.1, but something prevents the process.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.
Make sure that your security software (antivirus) is not blocking files, preventing Firefox update all files in the Firefox program folder.
Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.
- 25 Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current version of Firefox, if possible, the settings in the software security and cleaning of the Windows registry.
- Do NOT remove the data personal when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because all profile files will be deleted and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords from other versions of Firefox profiles.
Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but make sure that 'delete personal data' is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
If you keep problems also create a new profile.

When I start my computer, I get an error message, "V Protect Application has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I run the above system and would appreciate any help with the removal of this message as if I don't send it to Microsoft, it goes.
You can try those Microsoft committed the 'experts' ideas Support Engineer (1, 2, 3) for safe, clean boot Mode, Online Scanner, but I think that most of the people who know how XP would recognize that there is no component 'V protect' in Windows XP and a simple search Google reveals that your problem is with your AVG software and has nothing to do with Windows XP.
You should look in their forums (like me) and here's what they suggest:
If the problem persists, please follow all the steps in the instructions to complete reinstallation .
I think that if I were you, I would follow the instructions on the page AVG to uninstall and reinstall your AVG because there may be other parts of AVG who are afflicted that you have not yet discovered, but in AVG, some people with V forums protect problems find that AVG repair install works.

When I start my computer, I get abox asking you the windows xp startup password. This has never happened before and I don't know the password.
-Have there been recent changes made on the computer before the show?
I suggest you to check if you can connect to your account or the account of default administrator in safe mode.
Check out the link for more information on how to enter Safe Mode.
A description of the start in Windows XP Mode options:
a. the built-in Administrator account is disabled by default.
b. you will see an icon for the administrator on the homescreen mode without failure.
c. connect you (the password will be a white)
If you are able to start the computer in safe mode, try to check and restore the system.
How to restore Windows XP to a previous state
Important: System Restore will return all your files non-system as documents, email, music, etc., to a previous state. These files of types are completely affected by the restoration of the system. If it was your intention with this tool to recover a deleted file to non-system, try using a file instead of system restore recovery program.
Please get back to us with the information above to help you accordingly.

file HAL.dllWhen I start my computer I get a message that says that the file
\system32\hal.dll. is damaged or missing. Please reinstall a copy of the file. I have the original Windows XP CD and I tried to re - install, but it will not go beyond the implementation of window. I can't sign in to windows. How can I reintall this file?
It's extremely likely that you will need to replace the hal.dll and since there are seven files on the XP installation CD that will extend into hal.dll, which would you choose? It depends on your hardware, but it is extremely likely that the problem (did I already say that?). I've never had to replace a file hal.dll for this problem.
The real problem is most likely that XP just can not find the file because of a file system corruption or a file c:\boot.ini afflicted.
For this error, I would always be first boot from the XP Recovery Console and sometimes run a chkdsk-r that will fix things right to the top.
If the chkdsk /r is clean and you have the same problem, and then re-create your c:\boot.ini file but rename the old one first so you don't build on top of those afflicted - this tidbit is absent from MS KB article that assumes too.
You can do all this in the XP Recovery Console, but do go through these methods in this article and see how you go.
For example, method 1 will not work if your system does not start. You may have more luck with other "methods".
If that doesn't work, then I suggest to provide a little more information about your system:
Since the Microsoft Answers forum does not have any kind of information system request when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system. Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.
Thank you MS Answers, allowing the resolution of simple problems as frustrating and a lot of time as possible.
Provide information on your system, the better you can:
What is your system brand and model?
What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?
Your system have IDE or SATA disks?
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..
The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination? (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)
The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?
You have a real installation CD bootable XP which is the same Service Pack as your installed Service Pack? (this is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?
If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?
When I turn on my computer, this error message will come on the desktop. Simply, it shows here and does not seem to influence what that either, but I know he does, because he has not always come, just started last year.

1. did you of recent changes on the computer?
2 when was the last time it was working fine?
It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.
I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.
