I get a notice to update, but it's not...
on each three times as I start firefox 20.0 on my Mac, there is a notice of update. When I click on the update now the window is as it is updating, but will stay there for 20 minutes and no change. Just the bar pretending to activity, but no progress.
Download Firefox manually and update to the latest version of Firefox 21

In my case, I was able to update without this message when the update has been published. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10, installed PSE14 and uninstalled PSE13. I have reinstall PSE13 some time after and now I can't update to 13.1... Not a big deal for me, but the issue is not resolved.

Please check if you have this version of the camera installed which include your raw files.
It would also be that your photoshop will not have to install this version of camera raw as its very old.
In this case, you can convert your raw files to DNG and can use it.

I just signed up for the cloud and intalled already InDesign. Now I tried to install Photoshop but the App Manager says "updated" - BUT IT is NOT!

In the case of Mac, please go to utilities--> Adobe Installers--> search for Photoshop uninstaller and run.
This should fix the situation for you.
