I get an error message whenever I try to update iTunes, Quicktime and iCloud

I tried to update my iTunes and Quicktime iCloud versions since a few days now, and every time I do, I get an error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes but when I do this I get an error that says I can't install iTunes at all. I use Windows 8.1. Does anyone else know this? Does anyone know why this might be happening and how to fix it?

It would be helpful if you could tell us exactly what the error message says
