  I posted this more as an info. I use Firefox 31 on two PCs. and had a phishing incident today. I read your article on Firefox from Ant-phishing / anti-malware protection and using the two test pages you provided, I found the phishing test page has not been blocked. I followed your instructions and successfully activated. For some reason any on my two PCs (one is Windows Update 1 8.1 and the other an old XP machine) only anti-malware was running. Both computers have been updated to version 31 in the last days. I don't know if the lack of anti-phishing enabled by default is a bug in this version, or has been copied to a framework of an earlier version of Firefox. I had never changed the security settings myself on any version of Firefox.

  Hello!  I have a PC that I built last fall (PC2) I am now grooming to my main PC.  I'm about to rebuild my current main PC (PC1).  PC2 will soon have to do most of the work.  PC2 has a performance problem;  I noticed that when I was living preferences of Photoshop CS5 (64 bit).  On the Performance, area of GPU settings page, enable OpenGL drawing is not checked by default.  (In my retirement PC1 enable OpenGL drawing is checked by default, and the graphics card is listed in the zone.)

  I have this related quirk, I hope that we can solve problems: when I drag to move or resize a window in PC2 only the contour moves or resizes until the mouse button is released.  (In my PC1, windows move /resize as they are dragged.)  No idea where to start looking for the cause?

  I had the same on both computers nVidia Driver.  Just this afternoon, I did a clean install of the latest driver nVidia, 270.61 on PC2.  It made no difference.

  BTW, the motherboard, CPU, GPU (ZOTAC ZT-98GES3M-FSL) and data HDD are of the same design on both computers.

  It seems that this could be a physical fault on the part of the GPU in your second system.  Try swapping the cards in the system to see if the problem follows a particular card.
