  Three developer systems are connected to the oracle server. All three have database access using test/test.
  I has provided a new username/password to access the database and changed the password for the test user.
  The test password is changed it is getting locked again and again as a large number of failed connect operations was there
  Approximately 13000 in 30 minutes.
  I think that an application is trying to access the database with the old username/password.
  I rebooted 2 3 total systems, but the problem persists.
  What should I do now?
