  Using the Adobe Digital Editions software? If so, I suspect that you meet one of the known activation errors. Often, deactivation and reactivation (cmd-shift-D on Mac) or ctrl-shift-D Windows will solve the problem.   I have ADE installed 4.03.  The problem will occur as soon as that ADE is closed and reopened.    It takes so the patch every time allows you to download a book ADE.

  1. for Overdrive - select a book and click Download. -pop - up - select - Save file. - under the open with select - acsm_auto_file - download the file of social mobilization in your download directory.
