  So the Ebay seller said it is New. The program is actually installed and he even did all the updates. But it says in my products and in the link to redeem license where you enter the code that is not valid.

  Please save your advice about buying on Ebay. Yes it happens sometimes, but I had more positive than negative experiences.

  My question is: can there be a bug or some reason for the PS install AND updated with the latest patches, but the license is not valid?
