  I have no familiarity with the program to be able to tell what to do.  If it's like other Adobe software, there should be a setting in preferences (assuming that there is an option) that allows you to dictate how the programs opens.

  In the software that I use the most, for example, if you select Edit-> preferences, the Panel that opens has what see you below where you can choose what the program has when it is launched...

  Check the permissions on your user files. Looks like you have not allowed to save there who HAVE requires that the last thing that made when closing is to write the current version of the preferences.

  Well, this may be due to 2 things:

  1. you don't have enough RAM to run all the processes on your system, you must add more RAM.

  2. you have viruses or worms currently running on your system, you will need to install a program antivirus or scan your system with the MRT (windows malware removal tool), to run it, open the system32 directory in the windows folder, then search for MRT, first, run a quick scan, if you find something, then you should run a full system scan and it may take some time. Note: It is recommended if you have updated the tool before running it.
