I get these audio ads on my desk, and I don't know where they come from. How can I get rid of them?

There are these ads (and same songs!) who plays on my computer, but I can't locate their source.  Some of them even overlap, so I start to hear two or more of them at a time.  I'm a podcaster and that you want to save on my computer, and I want these things GONE.
