  This problem occurs if you have a typo or spelling mistakes. But what I can suggest is for you to try to do a password reset on your account. Simply submit a request via this link. And the password will be sent to your email address or by phone which is registered in your account. Also, try to use other browsers for us to isolate the problem.

  I solved the problem.  When my router lost power, somehow the addresses changed if the IP address of the Dell Wireless computer is no longer fell in the pool of addresses maintained by the router.  When I've reconfigured by router and had released and renewed my IP on the Dell computer, everything started working again.

  With my new desktop Windows 7 hardware configuration, I decided (before you consider VMware Player) to retry Windows Virtual PC; but instead of using Windows XP Mode (which is useless because the disk is inaccessible), I decided to use my own Windows XP Pro OEM. [I use it for games that won't play on Win7.  Security issues are also irrelevant, because for these games, I'm not likely to use the Web.  Of course, I always Windows Security Essentials in my OEM customers.]

  The problem here is, whenever I have to Activate my integration, features VPC opens as if the Windows XP Mode have been installed (it is not); and when the screen is turned on, it asks my user name and password.  I tried to use the name and the password that I entered when installing my XP OEM; but I get this message:

  "The system could not log.  Make sure that your user name and domain are correct.  Type your password again.  Letters in passwords must be entered using the proper case. »

  How is it that I can't access my Windows XP OEM guest when the integration features are enabled?  Only when they are disabled can I activate my OS; invited but it's counterproductive, because I won't be able to move items from my host in my comments.  Once more, if I should decide to use VPC as my host VM for Linux Ubuntu/Kubuntu, what chance is there that the activation of the integration features will lock out me my Linux guest?

  Another thing: in the Start Menu under Windows Virtual PC folder I have shortcuts for ' Windows Virtual PC ' or 'Virtual Machines' (according to the Win7 version I use, 32-bit or 64-bit); but I also have "Windows XP Mode", I have not installed.  How is that possible?  I checked the shortcut, and point it to rundll32.exe.  Should I just get rid of the shortcut, or I will incur damage to my VPC if I do?

  Go to Tools-> options and on the Security tab click on passwords saved. This will give you a list of sites that you have saved a password. Just found your site and delete this entry.

  There are a lot of useful information in this article on the Firefox Password Manager. He should answer any other questions you might have.

  You can also delete cookies from this site in order to make the site you not forget if you have created a remember me cookie.

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

I encountered this problem on several computers: a PC with XP, one with Windows 7 and Mac so I know for some there is a firefox problem. Somehow the passwords and user names remain stored even if previously deleted. I want to sell my PC but I can not because of security risks. Of course, the problem could be solved by formatting the HARD drive and reinstall the OS, but I want to know how to solve the problem without doing. I've tried everything and still they stay...   If the names and passwords still show in the password manager so that they are not deleted.

  If you don't see them in the password manager, but they still fill then you either they have saved in form or you have an extension that has saved this data.
