I was troubleshooting my issue is going on 3 weeks and I still have to do the same things again and again, whenever I start with a new technician. It is the worst experience of support ever. Please help and remind me!

Ask your question here. I think we're a little better to resolve things that support the customer. If it's a question around your account, there are some employees from Adobe here who can deal with it.

Just a log message system that does not mean nothing, except an engineer. If you don't know what mean the entries in log file, and then save your time and forget about unless you have serious problems.

What is the resolution of the image that you "dragged"? The resolution is the number of pixels per inch (DPI). If you dragged a file of much lower resolution to a higher resolution file, it could result in a blurry image.

I installed the full version LavVIEW 8.6. I tried to upgrade to the professional version 8.6 by simply installing the new disks, and it didn't perform the upgrade. First, I have to uninstall and reinstall, or is there a trick?
Look in the License Manager in the National Instruments of your Start menu folder. This is probably just a matter of activating LabVIEW 8.6 and maybe some other features with your new code license rather than your previous full version license code.

It turns out that it is a pretty known issue windows 8.1 users infestation since at least 2013 and there is not a simple fix, then it cannot be * completely * lack of hp. but I've had two of these laptops, both the same model, one needing to be returned and exchanged for a problem absolutely no report with (hardware failure: ethernet port does not work with lights taped). Both are renovated. Both have been extreemly slow and unresponsive even compared to the lower Brazos powered by the laptop that I had before, but I recently decided to investigate why.
So if there is something specific HP going on here, I hope that there is a simple fix. My average response time went upward as well more than a minute (> 60, 000ms), so that I'm an aberrant case here against this problem of reactivity/band bandwidth hardrive typical windows 8.1.
Edit: there is a case with another HP pavilion laptop (intel powered, so there may be a problem of storage driver intel described in the first link) being much worse.

What is the brand and model of your computer? If your computer comes with Windows preinstalled, go to your production website and make sure you have the latest drivers for your BIOS, card mother and graphics card. Follow the steps in this link to manually install the drivers.

I have an app that chooses his 'background or foreground behavior depends on its entry points.
I don't want the background version is displayed on the Ribbon 'Application Switch' so I use recommended substitution: -.

This works because the variant of the application background does not appear on the Ribbon "Switch Application". So far so good.
However, when the application is running its first plan variant, a click on a mapfield launches BB Maps. Closed WhenBB cards, my application remains in the background and is accessible onlythrough 'Application Switch' or by clicking on its icon on the Ribbon (then the OS says that it is already running and he commutes in the foreground). I just return origin as it does without the "fix."
If I take the 'acceptsForeground()' replace the sequence of mapfield BBMaps and back runs as expected, but the version of the application background appears in 'Application Switch' which I don't want.
Any ideas guys? I've been hunting everywhere and there is no indication on the boards that someone has had this problem.
BTW I have not yet delivered this material test, some simulators 9780 & 9800.

Sorry I disappeared for a bit, I was faced with the emphasis on a mapfield as I had to pay to send this request to the UAT.
In any case, the problem is solved, but in a strange way.
When the problem occurred, I was stating the application variable before using it immediately. Once I moved the statement immediately after the start of the main method and assigned null in the declaration, all the rest worked as announced.
What I'll be able to do, is to guarantee I have not had not previously forced the JVM to assess the class too early, causing some uninitialized fields to be null (i.e. what the call of acceptsForeground() substituted sometimes generated 'on the fly'). Various calls to the methods referencing fields may have forced the assessment. With the assignment statement and nothing happening really early I also assume that the assessment by the JVM is complete and correct. The application manager did not have a chance to enter in conflict with the main method.
I think we can close this post and I thank you for your suggestions and help. Its always good to have a different perspective.

When I drag an image into the scenario it is amplified as 7 times and can not use it
I used 8.0 Adobe Prime Minister throughout the year and all this weekend. Everything worked well. (I've never updated 9.0 because the presets will not be postponed and didn't want to recreate all the)
I decided to make a Flash movie. When he started the title page has been amplified really. I have no tlike the order, so I closed the process and rebooted PE8.
After rebooting, each image that I drag on the timeline is amplified as 5 to 7 times. If I double click on the shape of the image the plateau project the image looks good. I can't just drag and drop. I need to change the effect to 13% of the value in the tab motio for get the image to fit.
I uninstalled 8 and reinastalled. I installed the updates. Still nothing. I can't understand what is happening.

(A Dingo thing I noticed after the gaffe of instant film - all my photos in the status bar have like a little (red and square circle green) icon in the upper right corner.)
Under Edit > Preferences > general uncheck "Default scale to frame size". This works for future added photos. For those who are already added right click on the image in the timeline panel and uncheck "scale to frame size".

When you try to delete web pages of my story on the site of a drop down bar area, I do what Firefox instructed by hitting the "ctrl, shift, delete ' key but some web pages stay." Even if I highlight each page and click on remove, they stay. How can I remove these web pages?
Entries in the bar location drop-down list with a yellow star (blue on Mac) at the right end of the bookmarks and Scripture cannot be cleared from the location bar menu drop down with the delete key.
You can delete this an item marked with a bookmark that appear in the list, if you open this url in a tab and click on the yellow star in the address bar.
This will open the "Edit this bookmark" dialog box and you can click on the delete button to delete the bookmark if you want to delete such an entry marked with a bookmark. -
My problem began with Solitaire immediately after I downloaded the latest update for Microsoft Windows Vista. Other questions (not Reponding) are present, but everything started for me with Solitaire. The error message is: "save game file was missing or invalid. If the file exists, it will be deleted. A new game will start. I got a response that I've been able to run up to a certain point. It was the SFC/scan which was not that I tried the command to find the files that cannot be repaired by the sfc/scannow command. Thank you very much for your help!

You might check the Fn key combinations, is often printed on the function keys, to see if one of those looks that it rotates the screen.
If you can't find the key combination, it would be useful to know what type of device, but in case anyone has any experience with it.
