  For months its been my firefox browser is out of date, saying tour so, today, I finally managed to update but when trying to install it, it removed my old version and when I tried to install the new one it says it was not compatible.   According to me, the ability to download a previous version depends on which version you want to get, and whether or not you have a full subscription (as opposed to a single subscription).

  As TSN says, as you did on the old laptop. If you get rid of the old system, make sure to disable Acrobat there and uninstall it or who will count as one of your 2 activations.

  If it is a subscription please activate the software by typing in you saved Adobe credentials and if it's a perpetual license you must type the serial number to license it.
