I have 3 Professional edition on my desktop PC, they did an update and now they will not boot.

I have 3 Professional edition on my desktop PC and they all have a few updates a few days ago and when they went to restart as he asked, none of them does not start because of the update, so is this update file corrupted? If Yes / if not, what should I do? all they can do is start in safe mode which make me good

Hi Pflarry123,

1. what happens when you start in normal mode?

Method 1

Check first if the start option in the system configuration utility to change in safe mode.

(a) open the Start search menu or run box and type msconfig and press the Enter key.

(b), select the Startup tab and make sure that this option of safe modebox is not checked, if it is checked uncheck it.

(c) later, click OK and restart the computer.

Method 2

If method 1 doesn't work, then try to clean boot and check.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.
