I have a 3 TB Barracuda that I formatted XP last year, while the computer is dead. New cesktop, Windows 7, how do I re - format to access all 3 to?

When I install XP, I got 2 TB, but no access to the third to. That's why I need to reinstall.

Help will be very appreciated.
