I found this discussion (link below), but as many people (including some noted it here), this solution DOES NOT WORK for me. I get "Exception caught Gathering exception data [this can take several minutes]" as the error with a black screen. And I could wait 3 hours and still nothing happen. If you decide to publish something, then you have a responsibility. But giving someone something and then taking it are a sure way to frustrate and annoy your users and make people angry. That's why I have no shame to be really angry and frustrated, it's how I feel in this situation. Only one unreasonable and illogical would be satisfied with this.
That said, if someone has a different suggestion outside (because it does not work for me on Windows 7 and is not enough anyway because he keeps the messages "this game is not compatible")... Please respond and make the suggestion...
As noted, the above link leads to a '' correction '' that does not work for me or another poster in this thread. As well, "compatible" message did not go for anyone no matter what you do. Actually, I have a Windows 95 laptop I keep for all of these emergencies. It is ridiculous to have to use it for this purpose but it seems that Microsoft prefers I should do instead of using Windows 7 or something more modern. Ok then.

I see that you are having problems with Game Center on your iPhone. I have a number of things for you to try.
First force quit Game Center.
- Press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
- Swipe to the left to find the Game Center app to close.
- Swipe up on the preview of the Game Center to close.
If this does not work, then the next step would be a restoration. I recommend restore like new, without backup restore and everything first. If it works there, you can restore the backup.
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

Have you checked to see if your laptop model has a physical button around the mouse pad that allows & turns off? If it does not, many cell phones often have a software switch that can toggle the on & off power mouse pad. It is usually triggered by a combination of function keys (key Fn + one of the F1 to F12 keys).
Take a close look at the row of the top of your keyboard and see if you can find a key that has a small symbol that looks like a mouse pad. If you find one, try pressing it in combination with your Fn key to see if your mouse pad features returns.

Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.
