I'm on the last update of lightroom 5 and captive capture still does not work with el Capitan. are there plans to upgrade or do I have to buy the new lightroom 6?

  I have my doubts that the (10.11.5) software is the problem.  Are you sure that the DVD player is simply not defective?  Have you tried to clean the lens?  What is the State of the disc?

  Your best option may be a date at a bar in engineering of the Apple store for a FREE evaluation.

  I've updated to 4.3 today and I was still unable to import my D600 NEF/RAW files.  After I updated, I restarted and it seemed that I could actually import the NAVE D600 files.  However moments later, somehow these images were no longer in my library/catalog and when I try to re-import them he says once again the files are not compatible and no preview was available in the import screen.  Any thoughts?

  When you import these files from? They are already on your hard drive? If they are on your hard drive, how you transfer? If it's an older version of Nikon Transfer that could be your problem.

• Workspace still does not work with the 4K monitors

  I have an Apple Thunderbolt Display Monitor, and I have a Dell 4 K monitor as my secondary monitor. I put all my panels exactly how I'd like, and then I save it as a workspace. If my Dell monitor won't turn on after waking up the Mac Pro to sleep (something these Dell monitors often do, apparently), Illustrator (and Photoshop too, BTW) moves all the panels the main monitor. When I go in the menu workspace and select my workspace, nothing happens at all. I find myself so having to manually switch the rear panels out there.

  
  Another problem I've noticed probably is the Save dialog is up on the second monitor, not on my main screen including the Illustrator menu bar.

  OK, I did a little test and I found the solution. Once the panels have left because of the monitor tour, by simply selecting my workspace 'Scot' doesn't do a thing. The panels are all deformed upward on the side when the screen is off. However, if I select "Scot Reset" located in the same menu, it puts them back where they are supposed to be.

  Phew. I don't know if this is the behavior Adobe wants to or not, but it works in Illustrator. I'll check in Photoshop a bit.

  First force quit Game Center.
