  You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

  (e) click the power management tab.

It is not suitable for playing games and video chip does not respect the Sims 3 system requirements. There is nothing you can do about it.   You probably want confirmation from an Adobe employee and I do not work for the company, but its completely legal to post images and videos done with and on Photoshop that you use a legal version of the software. Of course if you copy videos from someone else so they can possibly file a lawsuit against you for plagiarism or copyright violation, but I suspect that your not likely to do
