  Yes, that's correct. The bridge is only a separate download with CC (CC).

  CS2 can not be installed on modern Macs (which use Intel processors) running OS X Yosemite (10.10).

  CS2 is a PowerPC application which cannot be run on the old Mac PowerPC.

  Intel Macs can run PowerPC applications but only when Rosetta is installed. Apple gave up Rosetta in OS X 10.7.
