I have a PIN to retrieve a Windows Live account, but I don't know where to type in?
My windows Live ID was hacked in January. I did a recovery attempt and got a PIN to use to track my application, but I don't know where to type in it. I've provided all the asked information, my Xbox Live information, and I have a pin code. Where to enter it?

Hi, the trial of 8.1 windows installed on my PC laptop HP 14-d003tx expired already so I installed a new windows 8.1 Pro 64 - bit OS. I went here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-14-Notebook-PC-series/6529958/model/6753958 to check the drivers to install but I was confused because I don't know who's who or what drivers I need to install in my laptop. For example, for drivers bluetooth and wlan, there are 2 choice, MediaTek (Ralink) 802.11 Wireless LAN (WLAN) adapter and Mediatek 802.11 Wireless LAN driver card, same thing for the bluetooth and other drivers. Can you please help me that driver is compatible or drivers that I need to install in my laptop? Or how will I know that I need to install drivers. Thank you!

Try to install Windows Media Center on my laptop but I don't know where to buy it.
original title: Hi Please helpI am trying to install windows media Center on my laptop but carnt find any where to go. all I want to do is use with my xbox any help guys, thanks
Hi, Matt.
You can't 'install' Media Center - either you have it, or you don't have.
Media Center is included in all versions of Windows 7 Home Premium on-site (except for certain markets (Europe and the Korea come to mind), where it is not included by default (but there is a pack for this.))
If you have the Starter or Home Basic, you must make an Express upgrade to Home Premium (or higher). -
I also have a key facility that is not being noticed by my computer too easy.

I don't know where is the disk and I need to install this. Is said that this may already be on my computer but I don't know where to find.
Some CD of Windows XP can be stored on the computer in C:\i386, but you will not be able to reinstall Windows from it. If you do not have the CD, try to contact your manufacturer.

Buy Windows 7 upgrade to professional but don't know where to download the software
I have windows 7 Home premium on my computer. I have purched page upgrade for professionals of the live update. I received a key, but I don't know where to download the software. Thanks for any help.
If the license for Windows 7 Professional, you have access to is an upgrade to retail version or full or an Anytme upgrade key, you can use the product key and the Express upgrade to Windows 7 Edition Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional. First of all, check that the edition of Windows 7, you are upgrading is already enabled (if it isn't, you will encounter complications and that you might start all by performing a clean installation). Click Start, type Anytime Upgrade, click on the option enter a key, enter the key of Windows 7 Professional on demand, click Next, wait while checking the key, accept the license agreement, click on upgrade, wait while the software upgrades, (it may take 10 minutes or more depending on the if updates are required) your computer restarts automatically, after the reboot, Windows 7 will notify you updating the computer, the computer will restart once more automatically and will be completed the upgrade, a window will appear notifying the upgrade was successful and your computer is ready to use, click Close, you should be upgraded to Windows 7 Professional your files, programs and settings retained.

Until very recently, I had Firefox did the fallen on my desktop Windows 8. When I open it, a gray box is placed around the icon. Now, when I open the program, a second icon appears, and it is the one with the gray box. How can I go back to firefox as an icon? I know that I can detach and that seems to work, but it is more convenient to the pinned. I think that has changed with a recent version of upgrade, but I don't know which.
Someone knows how to fix this?
Thank you
This link was the answer in the form of a comment from another user having the same problem. The solution is to remove the icon that is always there, leaving just the person who manifests when Firefox is active. It remains and works as it should.
I can't thank you all enough for sticking with this problem. It wasn't a major problem, but it was a gene that I am happy to no longer have to deal with.
