I have a video problem where its like skipping a beat rather than running in sync.

When I run a video the people speaking and the movement of the blades are like the stutter instead of normal operation. You use a TV for an example, then display everything seems real but on my computer, the movement is like a stutter, one that speaks of the background are not synchronized.

Hi STEVEN,.

1. do you use windows media player to watch videos?

2. When is this started password?

3. don't you make changes to the computer?

4. When was the last time that the computer was working fine?

Try these steps and see if it helps.

(A). try to disable improvements audio speaker

1. Open Sound by clicking on the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type sound, and then click sound.

2. on the playback tab, click speakers, and then click Properties.

3. click on the enhancements tab and then select Disable all improvements.

If you do not see the enhancements tab in the speakers Properties dialog box, these features are not available for your speakers, and this procedure is not applicable to your computer.

If disabling audio enhancements solves the audio problem you are having, this indicates usually that your audio driver needs to be updated.

If this does not work, you will need to reduce hardware acceleration to resolve your problem.

Follow the instructions below in order to reduce hardware acceleration.

1. click on start, run, type desk.cpl, and then click OK.

2. click on the settings tab and then click Advanced.

3. click on the Troubleshooting tab, and then move the hardware acceleration to none.

4. click on apply and then click OK twice.

5. If the problem is resolved after you move the slider hardware acceleration to none, contact the manufacturer of the driver adapter chart to determine if there is an update that resolves this specific problem
