I have been in charge of membership since June 2016 and unable to use subscription

I met the problem of renewal, the transaction on June 7, 2016 is successful but the CC keep saying I need to renew the subscription. I've been in contact with representative of Adobe cat named Avinash on July 27 , which he told me that the problem would be solved in a few days with a follow-up e-mail from their team, received anything yet. Then I tried to discuss with another representative of Adobe cat named Sidi on 2 August to follow the case, he said, the problem would be solved in 24 hours and told me to wait, and I expected nothing yet decided once again! Now my trials are underway and I'm so frustrated I have been charged and that he could not use the software at all!

I tried the ' logout > restart the computer > Connect "method and his work not at all." Signed the account manager, showed that the Plan annual "expiration" then I had the recipt renewal at the same time, why this is happening? I need to use the software based on every day and now it's affecting my project timeline! It's crazy, anyone facing this problem too? I need a solution as soon as POSSIBLE!
