  Please make sure that there is no Proxy setting on your network and also check that you are logged into admin and not as mobile admin. You can also try to connect the MAC to a Wi - Fi network to different/open or Mobile Hotspot and disable all antivirus on MAC titles and try to check if the creative cloud app works.

  I bought and installed premium cs6 of production, because I need video editing.  I had already bought and installed premium design cs5.5 for photo and web edition.  Now I have several copies of some adobe applications in my folder of the application (e.g. bridge, Manager of extensions, Flash, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Photoshop).  Just remove the previous version?  Did I lose your custom (as in Photoshop) settings?  They both access the same files / file structure?  Is there an advantage / disadvantage to keep both?   N ° versions operate independently and therefore use etc. independent configuration data.

  Compatibility! Third party plug-ins may not yet be updated for CS6 (if you are using one). This aside, CS6 is full of bugs. You can not escape the mess that's After Effects, prelude etc since your CS6 versiosn are your only, but you may in fact be glad to have around CS5.5 to Photoshop, Illustrator, SOUL etc if something does not work in CS6... Do not hesitate to get rid of CS5.5, if you think that none of this is relevant.

  I have a new problem that has developed since I started to use a hub to current alternative advent with my computer pro satellite P100 laptop. If I leave the hub to power AC plugged into my laptop & it turned off for a while (off, standbay etc.) then I get no response from the power button (not fans of lights etc) when I try to start later. Then I have to remove battery and then reinsert it after 5 seconds or connect cable CA without it.

  Just reseating the cable it makes no difference, the battery must be removed for at least 5 seconds to start again.

  I realize that the hub may be the problem but why? should I avoid the hubs to current alternative (it could be allowed to use the hub with/without power but its flaky when I do this. Details of hub below.

  I put t know exactly why it happened, but I assumed that there was a compatibility problems between this special device and my notebook.

  The toolbars are still on display in your browser?

  If you still have the address bar, right click on any part that is not a text box or the icon, or if you do not like that of any space right click on the three horizontal lines on the right side of the address bar window. This should show some options, click on 'Menu Bar' and the tabs you are missing should appear.

  As a side note, usually if these options are missing, your icon of firefox in the upper left corner of the window should look different (being a rectangular button itself as opposed to an icon), and the 'file', 'Edition', 'Bookmarks', etc., are found after clicking on this button.
