I have recently retired and stopped my subscription to Adobe Pro.  Now I can't open a PDF attachment in an email.  Can you please advise how to fix this?

  Hi Peter, to activate different bars on and outside, including the Menu bar, you can use one of the following methods to view the list of the toolbar, and then select the desired bar (s) there:

  • Right click on a place empty on the tab bar (or the button '+')
  • Press the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > view > toolbars
  • in customize mode > show/hide toolbars (see: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars)

  To activate the menu bar, toolbar bookmarks or other bars, click it in the list.

  Is - that you are looking for?

  If something isn't quite right, it is possible that an extension has been tweaking the menu/toolbar area...

  You shouldn't need both Acrobat and Reader. That said, I suggest trying to open Acrobat and help > repair. Also check the plugins or addons to your browser.

  You are one of the very few who would get an answer to your problem. I had a similar problem that it resolved itself.

  I haven't used my laptop for a while and during a power outage, I wanted to us my laptop. He did not move.

  Problem is that due to the power failure my internet wasn't working.

  Connecting Wi - Fi has been restored my laptop have been updated and everything worked again.

  Make sure you have internet connection on both computers.
