  Since it is a network password, you must reset the router. To do this you must contact your ISP (information services provider) if the router is provided by the ISP. Other wise, you will need to communicate with the router supports.

  As for your question, this means that your administrator account is disabled or does not exist.  If it exists, you may be able to reactivate it in Mode safe by following these instructions.  However if it does not exist and no other administrator-level accounts no longer exist, then you will need to use a reset of the system to the factory conditions and set up again.
