I have to cancel my subscription free cloud

I have to cancel my free membership of clouds.  I don't want to use the cloud trial, photoshop or lightroom.  I bought the software instead.  I keep trying to cancel and it said to contact someone but then just goes round and round with instructions and keeps back me to the same place.  I need a number to call adobe or that someone contact me from there.

There is no need to cancel a free trial. They expire on their own. If you recently bought Creative cloud software and it is showing to try or buy, please log into your account with your adobe ID and confirm that it shows the appropriate subscription: https://www.adobe.com/account.html

Then sign out and back in creative cloud with the same adobe id: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

If all or part of your applications CC are still 'trial to start or buy now' in the creative cloud desktop application, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up shows a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

If you bought at softwar CS6 and you want to uninstall the Creative Cloud software, uninstall applications CC first, then remove the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App using this program:
