  I placed two images in tiff format (Visual poems, I did) in a file (a manuscript) using a trial version of InDesign CS5.5, and they seemed crisp and clear. Then I bought the full version of InDesign (the product of education as part of Adobe Creative Suite), has opened the file, and the images two tiff are completely blurry!

  When I open the TIFF in photoshop and consider "actual pixels", they are crisp and clear. The resolution is 300. For images, I tried making a lower resolution, and that did not help.

  I lost the other information by following the instructions found online of other attempts. I have unfortunately seem to have lost all that concerns my old library with the exception of the foregoing. I have been using an external hard drive to make this attempt. When iTunes opens it is empty, and when you try to import the .xml I only get playlists, although there is nothing inside of them.
