  Yes, sorry - don't know why this happened, but I mixed the information you provided. the instructions should read:

  on your device already old (Dell PC) sync, Open firefox it and go to options > sync and click pair a new device...

  then on your new camera (Samsung), also go to firefox > options > synchronization > configure firefox sync > I have an account that will show you a 3 x 4 character code that you will need to enter your old device to complete the process.
