I have trouble to open DOWNLOADS. Usually just end up with duplicate downloads
A lot of e-mail downloads arrived to the top with the "cannot open, file may be corrupted" or something to that effect. Also the download will appear on the page "Download" in Google, but I can't open them. Remember - this is a public forum so never post private information such as numbers of mail or telephone!
Ideas:
- You have problems with programs
- Error messages
- Recent changes to your computer
- What you have already tried to solve the problem
What e-mail (name and version) program are your help? Try copying the attachment to the deskop and opening it from there (I assume you're talking about attachments to emails). If this does not work, try starting in safe mode with network and run the download and installation from there to see if that helps.
If you are taliking about Internet Exploerer downloads, try to run mode without modules: click on Start ->-> Accessories -> System Tools, all programs , and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If that solves the problem at http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2006/07/25/678113.aspx to solve the problem of the add-on. If this does not work, try to boot into safe mode with network and make downloads and facilities there to see if that helps.

I just bought a download for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 card, when I go to install it, I have the option to download, but it says that I do not require a serial number at this time. MikeIt is an old relative to corrupted downloads (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Source_file_could_not_be_read) error message, but has become more widespread in Firefox 33.
To make a long story short... before, if the server sent a response which was smaller than the specified size, the gap has been ignored and the download was considered to be very good. From Firefox 33, a file that is smaller than the specified size is considered as being damaged.

After I finished downloading a file, see the Mozilla download page.
I right click on the download to open it and the box "you have chosen to open" appears in the lower right of the screen with the "radio button", already selected for "open with...
So far, all this is perfectly normal.
However if I click on the "Browse" button to make a choice then the title at the top of the box, closing "Cross" and the "OK" button all gone gray and are unusable.

I have an older Mac that I just installed El Capitan on. When I try to run CS4, I get a license error. Error 150:30. I downloaded recovery license 11.6.1 and it fell in my terminal. It asks for my admin password, but allow me to type.

Please open the app creative cloud on your computer and the gpo tot app tab. If you are not able to see the Lightroom CC listed, sign out and sign in the creative cloud.
