I have upgraded to IOX el capitan and no scroll button.

I need to use a display full-screen, but when you use full screen on Facebook I can't scroll. I can scroll when minimize the screen but it cuts the side of the page I need. The scrolling process is very hit and Miss. One of the things the cursor in the direction of the bottom of page that will scroll, but stresses also generally. Can someone help me please?

On OS X 10.11.5, when I goes into full screen mode (control + command + keys F) in Safari, the web browser content is centralized on the screen, and by default, scrollbars will appear not on the far right of the screen, until scrolling takes place. It is configurable in system preferences: general, where you can change the Show scroll bars: affecting always on.

If you use a Mouse to Apple Mighty Mouse or a Trackpad, there is a setting in system preferences: mouse or system preferences: Trackpad which offers scrolling Direction: natural when selected. Click this selection in and watch his video demo. Uncheck the box that it and the video will show the opposite. Choose the best suited to your need to scroll.

Do not click on the mouse to scroll because that would cause a selection of content as long as you highlight.

No reason why you did not click and drag the right side of the browser to enlarge to accommodate the great Facebook page - rather than using the mode full screen?
