  HI - just finished a clean install of Windows 7 this afternoon (update of XP). Equipped with a system of homebuild: Mobo Gigabyte GA-8PENXP, 2 GB RAM, Core2Duo 6600, 8800 GTS from Nvidia Graphics. Install has strictly no errors or hiccups. Problem is that I can not install anything. Tried to download an install AVG and Avast Antivirus, two installation programs failed. the iTunes Installer has simply nothing. However, I managed to install Office XP Pro and Stanza eBook reader.
