  Export your IE Favorites to an HTML file, and then import it into Firefox. If you have questions more do not hesitate to ask.

  Its ok on the Profile Manager. I used to use Mozbackup back in the day lol. So, I just started back up this folder that works well also. I used the script to delete the prefetch files and so far everything is good and Ive done everything I usually do. Usually more crashing on facebook games well. It always crashed in the video also, but it's very good now. Weird that do one thing as it fixes a big problem like that. But I appreciated all the answers and all the advice.
