I hit a button on the accident and lost my bar with my open projects and the bar to maximize reduce it and close the program, I don't know what buttons to press to get back them

Just like the post said.  I accidentally fat fingers and when I did I lost my navigation bar that has my open projects and the outline view bar that allows you to minimize, maximize, and close Adobe.  Any help yall could give would be great.

Press the F button to change the workspace or the Tab key to leave the rear panels.
