• Install Application Manager does not recognize edge animate

  I opened my Application Manager on every other day or so to check and make sure I have no shortage of updates. However, I noticed the other day Edge animate had resumed the link install rather than the text.

  The program was still installed on my computer, but I have advanced and clicked on install and let him go to his process. On the Application of the closure and reopening Manager he returned again to install.

  So I opened my applications and did an uninstall of edge animate (removal of prefrences and everything) and then through the process once more.

  Yet the Application Manager STILL won't recognize the program as being installed.

  Incase if you always the same error then try to rename the folder to OOBE.old OOBE, then download Adobe Creative cloud and install.

  Location of OOBE

  \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE name of C:\Users\[user]

  and

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Once it is renamed go on the above - mentioned link download desktop Creative cloud - install it.

• I'm trying to fix CC problem installing application manager, but cannot install after uninstalling

  I had a problem of Update Manager application CC, so completely uninstalled.  Now when I go to the Download Center to download the application, it tells me that I'm running a system that is no longer supported.  System requirements show support for Mac OS X v10.7 and v10.8 - I am running v10.7.  Clues as to why it does not work?  Thank you!

• Application manager has no applications to install

  I currently have only 13 available applications to install Application Manager - missing are Ae, Sg and PR. do - what I have to do to get install them? I am on 32-bit Windows 7.

  This is because each of these applications require a 64-bit operating system works.

  If you get the same (or similar) mistake as shandraw71 mentions above, as a temporary workaround, you can download and install Adobe Application Manager (AAM) of the links posted here: http://www.adobe.com/applicationmanagerpatch/index.html

  After that, open MAO from the Start Menu (Windows) or the Applications (Mac OS) folder and then click on the link 'Install' right of Adobe Edge animate.

  My other animations work very well with the DPS, but there are no custom .js libraries.

  Hey there,

  This is a problem known with Animate - we do not currently support packaging everything you decide to include with your publication and as a result they are not be included in the OAM drop external libraries.

  BUT.

  To work around the problem, you can try to decompress the OAM, manually adding the libraries, and then repackaging the CAO. The discussion on this thread might help you: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5834409

  We'll also be resolve this in the next version of Anmate, which will be available soon!

  I have signed up for cloud creative, downloaded and ran the application manager, but I don't see Adobe Edge/animate anywhere.

  I've removed the beta version of edge animate, dragging in the dustbin of the foler applications, but whenever I have try and install edge animate, I get the following error:

  Jan Rissss if you are running the uninstall program located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers, rather than in the Edge, do you experience the same difficulties?

  I just rebuilt my OS (Windows Home 64-bit 10) and reloaded my installation CD PS5. When I went to check the updates (there should be some new!), they showed me that there are updates for each product in the suite. I said to update App Manager took about 5 minutes and I was told that none of the updates could be downloaded. ("There was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again later. ") After 4 hours of this, still no luck. I use Kaspersky and I tried with UAC on and outside.
