    Connect the cell phone to your PC via a USB cable and turn
    Turn it on... If open windows... Close them.

    According to... to... Start / Workstation... cell phone can be
    listed as a drive letter...

    If_yes_right click on the drive letter and select... Explorer or
    Open... This should display the directory of the memory card.
    You can copy and paste or drag and drop the files from there to a
    folder on your hard drive.

    You have external devices like camera, phone connected to your computer?

    If so try to remove them and see if that helps.

    I created Workstation on my PC Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit host, and installed a clean machine of the virtual Windows XP 32 - bit with workstation. I installed Starry CSAP at night on the virtual XP machine, and it works fine. I used Capture of ThinApp configuration to create an image of msi with 1.5 GB of dat file, using Mode of insulation of the write small and ' same directory as the application (drive carrier / portable USB) "for the location of the Sandbox. I copied the result C:\Program VMware ThinApp\Capture\Starry night CSAP (5)------folder on my Windows 7 host computer, installed the VMware of Starry CSAP at night by double clicking on the icon of msi. When I ran the result by double clicking on the icon of the CSAP of starry night over the Windows 7 Desktop, the original error "can't locate the Win32Data.qtr. Pls reinstall"to try to install and run Starry CSAP at night on the PC Windows 7 without VMware, reappears. I also tried the user profile to the location of the sandbox and the isolation of writing full mode, both without success.

    Pourrait an expeienced software designer who had the same problems please share their knowledge in solving this problem?

    Can you, please, check is file Win32Data.qtr exists on your Windows 7 64 windows b?

    Can you please check the location of the Win32Data.qtr file on your system Windows XP 32 b and on Windows 7 64 b?

    Can you, please, check if file Win32Data.qtr is located in the directory of your app to thinapped project. And if so, I would like to know the location in the project directory.

    If you know the location on your system of 32 b of Windows you can run virtualized cmd.exe (virtualized during the application of the thinapping) and try to look in the virtual file system if the file exist in it.

    I think that your software has problem find the file because of the platform 64 b (Program Files and Program Files (x 86)). But when you thinapp Quick Time with your app, it shouldn't be a problem.

    Please, answer me these questions and we'll see.
