Could you open terminal and type md5 /Users//Downloads/AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg and see if the value is 99e3ccf6bc343de051908066ea06248e.

  If this isn't the case, then you do not have the good try Flash Player.Please download the get3.adobe.com/flashplayer.update/osx update file.

My Flash Player configuration is set to 'Allow Adobe Flash Player install'.  I tried to close FireFox and my Norton software on the security line during installation, but I still get the same error message.
