My Flash Player configuration is set to 'Allow Adobe Flash Player install'.  I tried to close FireFox and my Norton software on the security line during installation, but I still get the same error message. Is the latest version of Flash Player that is compatible with Windows XP?  Is there a problem with the Adobe servers are down? Thanks in advance for your suggestions on this problem!
