  In order to pair the watch to your iPhone, you need the former owner is:

  • Enter their Apple ID and password on your device, or;
  • Disable the feature via https://www.icloud.com/ by signing with their Apple ID > settings > my devices > Apple Watch-click > click the 'X' > click on delete.

  If they have already removed the watch of their devices in iCloud, but the watch remains locked, it can help - if they have not already done so - if they désapparier the watch via the app shows on their iPhone (even if the watch is not available).

  • On their iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: My Watch (tab) > My Watch > tap the name of the watch (if indicated) > on the next screen, press the 'i' icon to the right of the name shows > tap on disable pairing Apple Watch.

  It can also help if you, as the new owner, try the following steps:

  • On your iPhone: app shows as well as all other open applications (press twice on the Home button, drag up on each of the app previews) nearby.
  • Restart both devices, two of them turning off and then restarting your iPhone first:
    • To turn off the clock: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; Drag the slider to turn off.
    • To turn back on the Watch: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
  • Then try to new development.

  If the watch is always locked, ask the seller to contact Apple Support and explain the situation, clearly indicating that they are the original owner. Apple support may then be able to help more:

  Start the OS X App Store, then click on the item toolbar updates. V5.6.1 pages should be available, and this will open documents Pages ' 09, ' 08 and ' 06. In messages to this community, you should always share what version specific pages and OS X that you are currently using.
