I just installed CC on my Macbook, but when I try to connect, it freezes and that it is in the page originally, as I entered anything. This guard happening no matter how many times I log. Help?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same thing happens. I also tried what I saw Adobe's FAQ page, but nothing seems to work. It doesn't let me go beyond the login page to install anything. Please, I really need for my course!

I have a Macbook Pro of the retina (model early 2015). If anyone thinks that maybe it's the computer, let me know.
