  I do as suggested by Azam and uninstall the previous version. Have you tried a system restore to an earlier date and then tried to uninstall. If you click on "help" in the toolbar of the Adobe Reader there may be an option "repair Adobe installation".

  You could also try to reinstall Reader 8 and try once again an uninstall.

  If all else fails I try and install Reader X in any case if you have a corrupted version of the 8

• Studio 1735 and Adobe first Elements - error CODEC Audio IDT high definition

  Receive the error code in Adobe first Elements on my Studio 1735 trying to read the video capture.  Error is FFA-8-000 D; also says "failed to read.  The audio system does not appear to meet.  Maybe the card does not support full duplex mode.

  Any ideas or suggestions?  My sound card does not "full duplex"?  And if not, should I all options to update so it will be?

I can play the clips individually without problem, but once I add effects, the video is jerky and seems to be ignored. The sound is fine, it's just the video. When I play the whole thing from the beginning, it's jerky, but like I said; If I play a clip individually, it works. BUT if I play a clip that has effects individually, it's jerky, once again. Help!

  If I'm not mistaken, the Nikon uses the MJPEG CODEC. This ARTICLE will give you general information. Can you confirm that your Nikon shoots with the MJPEG CODEC?

  What project Preset you chose again project?

  When you have changed your Clips, is there a red line above them. If Yes, press enter and the red line should become green. How the images then play?

  I just installed my new copy of Adobe first Elements 9 and have a question. I installed and appears to install and activate ok. I got two discs labeled 1 and 2. What is the second disc for?

  Disc 2 contains content, the HD and the themes, such as holidays, weddings etc. for the elements of Prime Minister.

  It is best to install everything, otherwise the program will keep and will prompt you whenever it starts.

  Place the 2 disc in your DVD drive and click Open or run which will start the installation wizard. You will see a menu of content it is goung to add to the PRE.

  Well, the program can handle images of large size, up to 4096 x 4096, however, which can not handle those is your computer. Even on my NLE workstation, it does not have a lot of images pixel 4000 x 4000, and it will start to have problems.

  In addition, the resizing in PrE (or PrPro) algorithms are not nearly as good as those of Photoshop. Remember, this is a video editor, not an image processor.   What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.

  The file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFIlm.AEXOLD is located in the path of 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 of

  Adobe Premiere Elements 13

  NewBlue

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFilm.AEXOLD.
